Agreement

By using joma.film, you agree to these terms. joma.film is operated by JOMA MEDIA LLC.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Purchases & Rentals

• Purchases grant lifetime streaming access to the purchased film.
• Rentals grant time-limited access as specified at the time of rental.
• All prices are set by filmmakers and displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Content

Films on joma.film are the property of their respective filmmakers and rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display any content without authorization.

Curator Program

Curators earn revenue by sharing films. Revenue splits are determined by filmmakers and the platform. Participation is subject to our curator guidelines.

Payouts

• Earnings are paid out quarterly, with a $25 minimum balance required for any payout. Balances below the minimum roll into the next quarter.
• Funds are held for 30 days after each sale to cover refunds and chargebacks. Amounts refunded during that window are deducted from the next payout.
• To receive funds you must connect a payout method — Stripe Connect, Venmo, or PayPal.
• Curator earnings that remain unclaimed for 12 months (because the curator never connected a payout method) revert to the filmmaker on the associated sale.

Customer Data & Email Use (Filmmakers & Curators)

When a customer purchases your film or uses your curator code, joma shares the customer’s name and email address with you. By using joma as a filmmaker or curator, you agree to the following:

• You will use customer emails only for communications related to your films, curation activity, or presence on joma.
• You will comply with all applicable email laws, including CAN-SPAM (or equivalent in your jurisdiction), by including a working unsubscribe mechanism and your physical mailing address in any commercial emails you send.
• You will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• You will not sell, rent, or transfer customer email addresses to any third party.
• You will respect customers who have opted out of marketing emails and only contact them for transactional purposes (purchase confirmations, access delivery).
• You will comply with applicable privacy laws, including responding to data deletion requests.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of pending payouts.
